Michael told my from the very beginning what I needed to do to sell my house. When I finally listened he made things happen He knew what needed to be done and who to call to get it done. When we put it on the market we had a contract in two days. Working with Michael was a wonderful experience.

From start to finish Michael has been exceptional in his service in finding my wife and I's home. As a first time home buyer he was able to answer every question we had and was always in contact with us and respond quickly to any of our needs. I've owned this house for 15 years and had been renting it for the last 10. I decided to sell the house and Dave helped me prioritize my spending to get it market ready. It was listed in sold within a few weeks. Dave also helped refer me to contractors to make repairs.
