Dave was incredibly helpful during my first home purchase. He pointed out critical features of any house to look out for, gave legal advice whenever he could, and made himself available for any of my concerns. I don't have any prior experience buying homes, but everyone I worked with to make my purchase had nothing but praise for Dave. I am very fortunate that I had Dave as my agent.

Dave made the process of buying a new home and selling our old home stress-free and painless. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the local area and the real estate process. Michael is super sharp and responsive. Two things you don't always get from realtors. Very much a problem solver and manages everybody in the chain (from the seller, buyer, lawyers, title folks, etc.) with appropriate care to ensure you get over the finish line. Highly recommend.
