Michael Lopez is an excellent human being. the moment I met him I knww I would be in good hands.. we have been through several ZIP codes in Maryland and I was finally in love with my condo.. he quickly learned my likes and dislikes and went forward with finding suitable places for me to visit.. he is such a wonderful young man.. and he's fun to be around.. I would recommend he and David Jimenez any time for my friends and relatives looking to purchase a home or condo!

Michael was everything I hoped for and more in a real estate agent. He guided me through the process from start to finish all while being very responsive, helping coordinate inspections, and always available for any question(s) that popped up. Dave is definitely the guy you want working on your behalf. Being new to the Baltimore area, in general- we didn't even know where to start. Dave broke it down very easily; and always worked around our schedules. Long story short; he showed us 30+ places, told us his candid thoughts immediately upon entering each property (as we asked him for that info), and negotiated us everything we asked for in the end. Purchasing my first home with the guidance of Dave was an incredibly easy and pleasant process. Dave always made himself available to answer any questions I had throughout the process. He also has a long list of trusted contacts and resources such as handymen, lenders, home inspectors, etc that was also very helpful. Our experience with Dave was excellent, and would HIGHLY recommend him for anyone looking for a real estate agent. He has a tremendous knowledge of the area, and is extremely communicative thought the process. He always made himself available for a question or just to talk through an issue so that we had the information we needed to make a decision. Also, the people he recommended for home inspections and repairs were some of the best in the business. You are making a mistake if you go with anyone else.
