Dave made the process of selling our home very easy. It was difficult decision to put the house on the market and Dave was very considerate and thoughtful in his approach to listing the house. Prior to listing the house, Dave provided several resources for renovations, repairs and staging. During the sales process he was very responsive to our questions and concerns. Dave had our best interest at heart which was apparent in how he handled offers and negotiations.
