They sports are very good! I have earned two state rings in cheer and track. I wish they would have more room for students before I accepting them into the school, so it would not be as crowded.
I like the spot and there need to change the class room and make the class easy and we need a school bus.
Newman International Academy is overall a really great school. The people and the environment are both of the things that make the school so much better. Everyone I've met there has made such a big impact in my life; they've all helped me whenever I needed them most. On the other hand, the environment is also great. Though, sometimes I wish the people there weren't as judgy as others are, which makes both the environment and the people not be as healthy as I wish it could be. Newman International Academy was a overall great experience for me. It is full of people who are cheerful and are willing to help you. Newman is a small school and that is what I like about it most! You get more one on one help from teachers because they know their students very well and always make sure they are doing well personally and academically. It is a small school which makes it very fun. All the faculty and staff invest into each student and really care about the student's success. Every good environment and very diverse.
I really like the teachers and faculty at Newman International Academy. I feel like they they know their subjects and have the students best interest at heart. I have rated the school as average because of the lack of social activities for students. There are no dances, no prom and just an overall lack of school organized activities for students. This causes there to be a lack of school spirit and camaraderie with the students.
The teachers have all been so helpful and understanding. I have met amazing people during high school.
The small class environment is very useful for students that want extra help or a more personalized experience, very supportive teachers and coaches, communication is a little off the tracks but an overall good school. (Been there and back twice since 4th grade—I’m a graduating senior now)
The school is a very tight knit community and has a good culture. Needs improvement on availability of resources and should be more technologically advanced.
