It’s a great school with great people who really care about our kids. This campus is very safe and very organized, which means a lot to me.
Proficient teachers who genuinely care about students; Newman teachers set high expectations for all students regardless of individual needs.
Newman is a decent school. the education provided is easy to grasp when you have the right mind set. The food is trash but lets be honest most kids might not have food once they get home so the school lunch is all they might be provided. The POWWOW's teach very good lessons about how to become a strong warrior. The school works hard on enriching the students with a nurturing culture. In the school song it reads 'We rise to build our nation with wisdom, stature, and favor' which we sing this song every POWWOW so that its writ... read more
Newman was very intimate. All of the kids were friendly, most teachers were outstanding while some were questionable. The school was not organized and events were often confusing. The education isn't as good as some other schools, but you will make friends for like there.
There is diversity among the students and the teachers. The faculties are very cooperative. I study in Newman's Cedar Hill Campus. The campus is very pretty, but it is hard to walk when it is raining. The school has a good athletic department. The coaches are well rounded in their career. When it comes to academics, the teachers are strict and expects to get the works done without any late submissions. The total school year is divided into four nine weeks. The first two nine weeks will be the first semester and the other two... read more
Well, this school is very disorganized, for the most part. We don't get to have off-campus lunch or even get the privilege of having our friends eat with us at lunch due to the 'not dating' policy. We do not get to have dances or even a real prom, we have to call it a senior celebration. Regardless of this bad, Newman is actually a pretty cultured school. We all pretty much get along, and there are not too many people who get in trouble for bullying and nonsense like that. The teachers actually care about your wellbeing and ... read more
NIAA is a charter school located in Arlington Texas. It has good academics and a great school culture, it is very strong on values. The teachers are great, they really care about their students. A great school overall.
This school has a very good overall atmosphere and environment. Could use some work on organization though.
Newman is a thriving school that has many more years to fully develop . The culture at the school is phenomenal and I would definitely recommend this school to others.
