Good listener, took the time to explain my options relating to my medical needs.
Dr. Viens is very professional and I very much appreciate that he wouldn't operate on my son for something that he wouldn't operate on one of his own family members for. He set reasonable expectations for me and my son and gave us a solid plan with conservative measures going forward. Honestly couldn't ask for anything more!
Access, location, office staff, waiting area atmosphere, assistant to doctor, x-ray technician was excellent. Evaluation of my concern was clear and appropriate for my concern. Dr. Viens was very professional in manner.
I was astounded by the attention to detail of Dr. Viens, and his devotion to understand how my accident happened and my story. He is first class surgeon and a very caring doctor. Super nice and relatable.
Dr Veins was attentive and informative in all my office visits. The day of surgery he made 2 marks on my ankle and never spoke to me. He didn’t speak to my son after the surgery and I was completely unaware I had hardware placed in my foot. Seeing him in the office 6 weeks later he was again pleasant and helpful but I was still frustrated by the lack of communication regarding surgery.
Dr. Viens listened to my concerns with my Achilles Tendonitis. He recommended the ways to help heal, suggested a different running shoe, and how to return to training.
I saw Sr. Viens last week. The administrative component went very well. The office is run efficiently and wait times were minimal. Dr.Viens was phenomenal. He was warm and engaging. His assessment was clear and way to understand. I appreciated his candor and treatment suggestions. I look forward to working through my condition with him and this clinic.

Dr. Viens and his team seem very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained my situation. My main displeasure was that, my surgery was the last one scheduled on a Friday, and everyone seemed in a rush to get me done and out of there. Dr. Viens left the surgical center without speaking to my wife about how it went, etc. The nurse came to see my wife and was surprised she hadn't seen Dr. Viens yet.
