Everyone was really nice and helpful. I felt Dr. Veins really paid attention to detail in our visit and was warm and kind. He was patient with me and explained things in a way that made sense to me and answered additional questions.
I had a X-ray- it was negative. Dr, Vien's explained what the X-ray showed and what to expect.
The best care for my injury. His staff as well. Very concerned for my care and getting well. Extremely pleased for first time visit.
He was clear when explaining my loptioms and answered all of my questions. He was kind and patient. I appreciated his guidance with my foot fracture.

I’ve been dealing with an injury for a while now and I have been seeing different doctors and when I went to Dr. Viens office for multiple visits he understood me and my condition he didn’t agree to keep cutting on me like other doctors have done for the last two years. I’m grateful for him helping me.

Dr. Viens is very professional and I very much appreciate that he wouldn't operate on my son for something that he wouldn't operate on one of his own family members for. He set reasonable expectations for me and my son and gave us a solid plan with conservative measures going forward. Honestly couldn't ask for anything more!
Access, location, office staff, waiting area atmosphere, assistant to doctor, x-ray technician was excellent. Evaluation of my concern was clear and appropriate for my concern. Dr. Viens was very professional in manner.
