I’m only giving this service center a 5 because of my experience with my service advisor, Bobby Garrett. I had to come in for a few things and was told there were two recalls on my car. They did not tell me how long it would take. I was waiting for almost 4 hours. Bobby was so kind and apologized for the wait. He talked me through the other issues I was there for and was so pleasant to work with. If I ever have to come back to this dealership, which I hope I don’t, I will only work with Bobby. They have always been polite but it feels schetchy when I am there and this feels even worse
