We had no plans to purchase a vehicle yesterday but we went to look & ended up leaving with my husband a new truck! He was so happy & we’re so thankful for all the people that made it work! Thanks Sebastian and Tony!

Jerry, our sales guy was great. Only after the deal was done did I find out that I was missing a front mat and only one Key fob was provided and the key was not even cut. Next time I’ll make sure I have everything as it cost me over $250 to get a back up fob. Also, reminder to the dealer to check the gas tank As a courtesy to your customers. As I was about to drive away, I noticed there was only a quarter of a tank of gas, and when I asked for them to fill it out, they only filled it up halfway. We had a previous issue of being turned away for a service right after being told over the phone to bring our car in...it was not only pre-scheduled, but something quite routine - and despite a reply we received on our Google Maps reviews, we had no correspondence with a manager, even after I contacted Nissan support with screenshots and was promised a reply.
