Great customer service! I recieved a call and email when they were in route. Technicians were on time and performed the work they were hired to do and gave me updates along the way. Price quoted was price paid. Thanks!!

We had a technician come out to check our duct work. I didn't get his name because he was here when I pulled up from work but he had red hair and a red beard. Great guy with a lot of knowledge. He took his time checking around the house and under the house and explained in detail everything we needed to know to get the problem fixed.

I was visiting my son and daughter-in-law at their new house in Norfolk when their sewer bagan to back up. We called another famous name plumber and they told us that the sewer pipe from the house to the road was collapsed and needed replacement. The gave us an estimate for the work. We had called Norfolk Heating and Air for an estimate on a new heating and air system a couple days before and I remembered they also had plumbing in their name. They sent someone within an hour! I had my bi-annual servicing. The technician remembered me from the last time he was at my house in December. He was kind, professional, willing, and able to answer all of my questions. I felt comfortable as a woman having him in my house. I will continue to use Norfolk Air for my routine and emergency repairs.

Excellent company in all regards! Norfolk Air was recommended to us by a house-builder friend after another company gave us faulty info and wanted us to make a purchase we didn't need. Five years later, all is still well, with no pressure to buy anything. The technicians, including Ryan who checked the furnace today, are always top-notch, courteous, and on time, and the office is staff is great also. I can't recommend them highly enough. Wade responded quickly on Christmas eve! He was very professional and their labor and parts were very reasonably-priced! I highly recommend Norfolk Air!
