A very sincere thank you to the staff and Dr. Oliver from me and my roommate for your love and concern for our sweet Rascal. It is with a heavy heart that I say we ended up having to put him to sleep. But, your staff was so helpful and really cared about him and us and showed a ton of compassion. Thank you also, Dr. Oliver, for calling a few days later to check on him. Dr. Oliver, you and your staff's love and compassion will never be forgotten. Thank you so much.
I was so glad they were there to take such good care of my dog Petey's fractured leg at (:30 on a Sunday night. I highly recommend them. Loved Dr. Oliver!

Dr. Armes and her staff were great! She listened to all of our concerns and trusted our instincts and combined that with her knowledge and we went home with peace of mind. Follow up instructions and discharge instructions were clear and very well documented for us to have what we needed to continue his care with his vet. The Huntsville area is so blessed to have this resource for emergency pet care. It's often pricey but that's the nature of emergency care for humans and animals. The facility is clean and well kept; the staff are friendly and compassionate. They try really hard to be mindful of the human-animal bond as they take care of your companions. I'm so grateful to Dr. Armes and the technicians/staff.
Staff was friendly, attentive and took amazing care of our sick cat. Thank you for being open when we can't get to our regular vet. Would highly recommend.
