Every day and night I have nightmares. Putting my best friend in the world down should not have been this way. I was never asked about sedation. They just shot the chemical. He was terrified and so was I. I held him tight and he was still alive. It was his last memory. I let this happen to him thanks to this place. I hate this place and I'm never coming back.

Took my newly adopted kitty tonight bc he wasn't acting himself at all. I was taken to a room within 10 min and seen by Dr Armes soon after. She was WONDERFUL. Turns out he was just not feeling well bc of the vaccines he got. She waived fees, assured me all was fine, and gave me a hug to top it off. The tech was also so great. Super grateful for her and the staff!

They got my girl re-hydrated and got enough antibiotics in her to get her feeling better until I could take her to her regular vet. Moreover, the doctor and staff were friendly and understanding. They gave me updates on her condition and allowed me to come and visit her each day. She was there from Friday night till Tuesday morning over a holiday weekend. It wasn't cheap, but my kitty was so sick it was worth it. I hope you never need them, but if you do have a pet emergency, they are there to help!

These people were wonderful. Our dog was attacked by another dog and they were just great. The doctor was very thorough and Benny has come through just fine. The receptionist was just a sweetheart but she needs to be giving better directions on how to get there 😃. Through Governors Drive not over. Thank you so much. Now the mortgage the house so that we can pay for it :)

Took my puppy there after being hit by a vehicle and he had a broken pelvis and leg. Lady only gave us anti inflammatory medication for him because she said it would be too much work for the lady to give real pain medication. I'm pretty sure if this was you with a broken pelvis and leg, you would want real pain medication. Worst experience ever.
