Had brake flush done. Car was not braking easy and was going to far down when using. My service advisor Thomas brought over tech, and tech listened to my concern. Tech told me the problem and knew exactly what to do. About 30 minutes later Thomas test drove the car after adjustments were made and presented it to me with a sincere apology. This tipped this rating to a 4. Thomas handling of this concern and the texts time doesn't listening carefully to my concern was a 5 rating.
