The service advisor was great but the ending was very unprofessional. The 3 percent surcharge at a dealership this size is very surprising especially whom they are own by. Finally my vehicle was t parked where they normally park them when completed. I asked a team member wearing a blue shirt and this is where all the service came to a stop. He seemed to be bothered just because I asked him.
