I like taking my Toyota back to a Toyota dealer because they know the vehicle very well, that’s mostly what they work on and they always use authentic Toyota parts but dealerships tend to overcharge for there work and they don’t always do good work so you have to be proactive and educated yourself on your vehicle, be smart about what they are telling you and don’t be afraid to tell them if you’re not happy with the work they did. I’m very pleased with the service, especially with new vehicles. My kid’s car had a tire pressure warning and the service area checked in tires and topped them off with air free of charge

The building was pretty warm but overall a fine experience. You need more restrooms. The employees took forever in the stalls.

First thing, I knew exactly what I wanted and she made it happen. I was able to get exactly what I was looking for and she helped me out with no problems. Best experience ever in buying a car. Let alone the financing. Simple fast and easy.

We own two vehicles and they are both Toyotas. We’ve been going to North Park Toyota since 2015 and I have to say the only advisor that I can trust with my vehicles is Eloy Munoz a person that I can trust with our vehicles!
