Jon Jon ( Juan Arguello IV) Service Advisor provide me with awesome customer service. I came in for a low tire, wipers, and ztek. Jon Jon look up my maintenance plan when I arrive and advice me my oil change was coming up. Before any work was done on my tires he advices me of my options and explained my warranty. We had the WORST experience after visiting other dealerships in the area. But our experience at Northpark Toyota made our day. The staff was informative, courteous, and knowledgeable. Alyssa Dzierzanski was most helpful, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and ensure that we were satisfied. It didn’t hurt that she was hilarious! Contact her if you’re looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. We bought a Lexus GX 460 and we’re beyond happy.

At 60 years old I have bought more than 20 cars in my life and no experience has been as good as the Sales Rep (Frances Cruz) and the dealership North Park Toyota. She was thorough and persistent but not pushy. She would send me videos and find out every little detail I needed help with before I drove to SA from Austin to buy my Lexus RX350.
