Very friendly cordial attentive On top of her game, I have been there in the past for services, always needing , wanting good service never have I been more pleased since I met Ms LouAnn she is a wonderful person a asset to Toyota Dealership, goes above and beyond for my needs with my Highlander, I am very grateful for her and support she gives to me and my vehicle.
