yes, I am satisfied with service dept. I don't like the distance I need to travel to get to dealer. I pass 3 different Toyota dealerships before I get there

Service department at North Park Toyota is one of the best service dealers in town. They are attentive, thorough, and honest. Not to mention the sales Manager Mike Vasquez cares alot about the customers there. I saw thatbfirsr hand how he communicated with me after they didnt have the part I needed, and made sure to communicate and let me know to ask for him when i went back to get me in and out quicker.
