Thomas Villarreal is an AWESOME Service Advisor. He is very courteous, patient, attentive and helpful with explaining whatever questions or concerns I may have regarding my 2021 RAV 4 vehicle. I have purchased a total of 10 Toyota vehicles over the years. 3 Camry’s, 1 Scion, 1 Corolla, 1 Celica, 1 Tundra, 3 RAV 4’s. TOYOTA’s ARE THE BEST VEHICLES EVER!

I wish I lived closer to North Park. EVERYTHING from purchase to this service has more that I could have hoped for. North Park is the gold standard for what dealerships should be. I can honestly say this, the ones in Austin are horrible.
