My catalytic converter had to be replaced (theft) a second time due to non OEM parts clause with my insurance. Mirna went above & beyond in explaining to a State Farm claims adjuster that my truck would not function properly without OEM parts.

Northpark service department is excellent and the financial staff are awesome, they work well with me as their customer. Their checkout receptionist needs improvement with all rave of customers not being friendly to one group of people but to all. Organ that Northpark Toyota will have all fives.
