Great First Experience After looking at different dealerships around San Antonio and not being happy with the experience because of the limited inventory or being pushed into cars outside of my budget on less than stellar terms I came to North Park Toyota. From our arrival to driving away in our new vehicle, this dealership was professional and accommodating in every way imaginable. We quickly had the vehicle we wanted at the right price, with minimal haggling. Definitely worth a return visit next time we’re in the market for another vehicle.

Thank you for having Martin on your service team. He was such a great help in the service of my vehicle by going beyond calling my extended warranty. He also helped another customer by providing a rental car ( he stated to her he couldn’t allow her to leave in her car due to a safety hazard). His compassion and willingness to help is greatly appreciated. Doing it All while keeping a friendly smile even when has was swamped with work. Thank you Martin

I have dealt with North Park Toyota since it’s opening. I have bought 3 new vehicles from them and have always been please with the service. Every employee is cheerful, attentive and professional. They have a wide selection of new vehicles and always manage to show me my next new truck. I will continue to buy my trucks from them and recommend this dealership to everyone.

Yes, Again the consistancy of great service by the mechanics in the shop to the service in the waiting area by kind attendant. the techs who keep our vehicles washed and clean to our service advisors who take the extra mile for you who make sure the customer is satisfied. This my experience since becoming a North Park Toyota customer. Thank you to all
