Great service on an incredibly busy day. Sean knew i was pressed for time and made sure I got out as quick as possible! Great attitude and really text book. He should be a trainer on the right way to handle customers

Thomas was very attentive and helped resolve our concerns in a timely manner. My phone number was incorrect on file but he was able to resolve that quickly to not delay the process.

My service experience in the past dealing with this dealership has been a lot better than what it has been the last two times that I brought my vehicle in. The last 2 visits have been with the same service writer. This time was a better experience than the last time, however I had to ask for the status of my vehicle. Went for Rav4 15K miles maintenance. Waited there until it was done. Check out was fast. Everyone was friendly.
