My mother in law went in for a oil change on her 2018 rav4 XLE and ended buying a 2021 RAV4 XLE but she is handicap and in her mid 70s so somewhere in that sell it was not explained to her that the Rav 4 had dropped some extras she was told that the new 2021 had more Technology and was more equipped. Thanks to Moses in sales and William in finance, I left the lot in a brand new 2021 Corolla! As a first time buyer, I’m blown away. Staff is extremely friendly. Moses was very patient while I was very indecisive. He never made me feel like he was picking the car for me, it felt more like he was guiding me with my own decisions! Thank you!

David Silva at North Park Toyota was so great! He replies quickly and through text or calling which helped me a lot! He is very personable and made my car buying experience a breeze. Phil the financing was dope as well. If it weren't so far from me (a couple hours) I'd def be back for anything else I need. But even still David was there for me via phone to help along the way of setting up my phone, music, gps apps, etc in my new Rav 4!

Purchased a new Toyota Tacoma from Mr. Sierra just before Christmas. On October 3 I went to Toyota North Park for an upgrade and look for the same salesman that help in my previous purchase, Jimmy Solis. And he came through again. I told him the car I wanted and immediately started the credit process and by the time I went outside he already had the car ready to go for a test drive. However, at some point during financing I did not like the deal offered to me and told them cancel everything.
