Always friendly fast service. This particular service was to fix a small accident by the previous service mechanic that had pinched the block heater cord so it didn’t work. No charge for the fix and they gave me a complimentary car wash. Always very happy at the end result of my trips to North side Mitsubishi. Treat you like a human being instead of a number.

Stepped up in a time crunch - in the cold - got my vehicle diagnosed same day and back to me with in 2 days ! Was super responsive on the phone trying to help diagnose and all in all a top tier experience. Texts after to check in. Well done !

Kristy at the Service Desk was incredible - I'd been supposedly giv en an appointment from the website bot. Even though that was a true appointment, she arranged for me to still get a service plus recall fix. The work was done by 5 PM, and price was exactly as quoted - no other items found. Being a woman, that has not been my experience in all my services over the last 50 years!
