Kristy at the Service Desk was incredible - I'd been supposedly giv en an appointment from the website bot. Even though that was a true appointment, she arranged for me to still get a service plus recall fix. The work was done by 5 PM, and price was exactly as quoted - no other items found. Being a woman, that has not been my experience in all my services over the last 50 years! Staff are great. Technician did a great job swapping my tires and putting the regular wheels/tires in bags and back inside my vehicle. Amount of time was acceptable. Only on going issue that was a major issue this past time is access into the parking area and finding a place to park!!

Staff and service to our vehicle was super. Celeste double checked the part that needed to be replaced, and it was found that I'd called it the tailight assembly when it was the marker light. Huge difference in cost...from $500 down to $200!! Thank you.
