Recently purchased my first brand new 2024 Mitsubishi Eclipse cross from the NorthSide Mitsubishi location. I had a fantastic experience here. So far I had a very positive experience at Northside Mitsubishi. I usually deal with Kristy at the Service desk, who goes always the extra mile to make sure that we get exactly what we need. Both girls though are nice and really helpful. So far only positive experience. Each time I leave my car with them always get it back clean and the maintanance is made in a timely manner.

I prefer going to Northside Mitsu even if it’s a bit longer drive from home. It’s always a pleasant experience and we’ve never had any issues after my RVR gets serviced. Will definitely continue to bring my RVR to them for all service needs.
