And you made a pretty awful day a little bit better for my husband and I with how kind and compassionate you all are. RecommendedSo thankful for the staff at NIVES. My puppy Matilda had to stay a few nights and I so appreciated being able to call for updates. Everyone I spoke to was so kind and I could tell my puppy was in good hands. While I hope to not have to come back for any emergencies, this is now my go-to place and would highly recommend it to others. Thanks again!!

RecommendedNIVES provides compassionate and loving care. Wonderful staff who truly love their jobs. We had to say goodbye to our dog Monroe. Such a difficult day but we felt the staff provided us excellent care and understanding. Thank you for all of your hard work and dedication. This is our Monroe before he became ill ❤️
RecommendedThis emergency room is really good but the one Dr that took care of my kitten was horrible. She put a splint on my kitten which ended up being to tight and our normal vet said the splint should not have been on and now she ended up having to have her leg amputated because of this.
RecommendedI can say that all of the women i came in contact wit were loving, kind and very sincere in taking care of my precious pet Bella, i wld recommend this fine establishment for anyone who truly loves their pet like i do. i wanna thank them from the bottom of my heart for the tender loving care of Bella, god bless ya'll
