Cardiologist, Dr. Leffers, was kind, thorough & articulate, showed different angles of ultra sound with descriptions and functions of our 🐾 heart. Thankfully, all is well & no heart problems detected 🙏😊 Staff was kind, helpful, patient & effecient in paperwork and of course, billing 😅. Don't hesitate taking your pet there if ever needed! Today I lost my best friend, protector and companion. It was super hard but knowing he had bloat and was suffering I couldn’t put him through the suffering any longer. Dr Matthew and staff were amazing. I’ve never been in a room with a vet so caring and bedside manner was impeccable. He let us take as long as we needed with Jake and we said our goodbyes. Our dog got attacked by another dog on Friday evening while we were on a walk. I was afraid we would have to wait until Monday to have our vet look at the bite wound on his face. When I called NIVES, they were supportive, comforting, and helpful. We drove the hour there and I am so glad we did! I would like to thank those that took care of my 2 pups tonight, a relatively minor issue in the grand scheme. I definitely hope I don’t need to see them anytime soon, but if the situation called for it I would take my pups here without hesitation! A sincere thank you to the entire staff!
