RecommendedWe took our sweet Rat Terrier Scarlett here and have nothing but good things to say about the team. The care and compassion I felt both face to face as well as over the phone, with the Dr. Lockman and the techs/staff was amazing. RecommendedJust remember that this is just like a human emergency medical facility. Those who need the least care will have the longest wait time. Period. We spent 5 hours there last night. Are exhausted today. And are STILL thankful that they were there when we needed them. I sure hope those heat stroke and heart failure doggies are doing ok today. Thanks for taking care of Broccoli! RecommendedLeaving my 3 month old puppy was the hardest thing ever! My beloved Yorkie had passed in May of 2021. Taking my puppy to an Emergency Clinic surely causes some anxiety. Every single time I called, everyone was kind, patient and willing to just let me talk! This place is so overwhelmed & busy but you would never know it. RecommendedTook my cat Elijah there for a possible urinary block (thankfully it wasn't). He was taken to an exam room and quickly assessed. After being diagnosed, the doctor who treated him called to give us the diagnosis and discharge instructions. Your staff is beyond fantastic in how the care for their patients and their family. I would definitely recommend NIVES to my family and friends with pets in need of emergency care.

I would definitely recommend NIVES to my family and friends who have animals in need of emergency care. RecommendedWe live an hour and a half away from NIVES, but the reviews were great so we took our dog there late one night. We found out he unfortunately had parvo. The nurses and drs were all so nice and so honest with us! They has amazing care for our dog! RecommendedWe highly recommend NIVES. They provided excellent care to our beloved pet. Dr. Mark Schlatter was wonderful with our boy. He was extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. Even though we had to say good bye to our boy due to an extended illness, we felt blessed that he received excellent care at NIVES as the staff really understood his needs. Don’t hesitate to take your pet to this location as this is the real deal.
