We received prompt, excellent care today for our cat who quickly developed an eye problem. All of the staff and the doctor were friendly and professional, and the prices were absolutely reasonable. They were up front regarding how much the exam would be, as well as any additional procedures that were needed. We would have no hesitation to bring any of our cats here should an emergency arise.
All the staff was friendly ! And very gentle with my sick kitty ! Very thankful for their service ��
I was here with my puppy a week ago. I actually had to come two times. It is a very busy place and i think there should be another ER vet office somewhere within the area to help spread the workload and keep time until care down. Being the only er vet in town they are very expensive! But when you need it what can you do? My first vet i saw was very nice just not super thorough or personable but nice and did her job. I've had to take multiple pets to NIVES over the years, and they have always been well taken care of. A few years ago when our previous dog was choking on a piece of bread that my child left out, a vet tech was at the door waiting for us (we called ahead) and immediately grabbed him and ran him to the doctor. Two years ago, our current dog stepped on a hornet nest and was stung badly, and Sunday night the same dog somehow acquired an open wound on his shoulder. They saved my pup pup. So thankful. Very good vets and techs there.
We are so thankful for all of the wonderful staff that helped with our German Shepherd, Theia. The staff was friendly from the time we brought her in to the time we picked her up 4 days later. It was a bit expensive but we couldn't expect it could be cheap for a 4 night ICU stay.
