Today, my fiancé and I had our first experience here, and although it ended with us having to put our precious furbabe to sleep, I want to say a big thank you from the bottom of my heart to every staff member we dealt with during this tough time. All of you ladies were such angels and made a very painful situation much more bearable for us and our sweet baby boy. We will always be grateful and remember the wonderful treatment we received here. ♡

The night reception staff was great - checked on us and kept us informed as to when our dog would be seen. Special acknowledgment for Antoine as he went above and beyond to share kind words during a scary time.

The staff was very friendly but it was very expensive. It cost me almost $300 to get my dog examined and have his blood work checked. However, they do know what they're doing! I didn't mind paying it though, I'm just glad my furbaby is okay. It is just like going to the emergency room. If you think it can wait until your regular vet is open then wait.
Just picked up my sweet Josie Bean from NIVES 1 day post Knee surgery #1 of 2 (for bilateral luxating patella) with Dr Essig. What a wonderful experience we had! From check-in for our consultation with Dr. Essig to pick up today we were treated with kindness and everyone was very thorough in their explanation of what to expect and home care.
