Everyone on staff was very nice and friendly. Our dog had a pretty bad broken nail that was swollen around the area. They took it out quickly and we were in and out in 30 minutes. Great customer service and handled the issue quickly. Can't ask for much more then that.

I know my husband already sent in a review but I wanted to also say thank you for the care and treatment your staff provided to our boys on New Years morning. It was super busy during our 6 hours there but the staff did a fabulous job of keeping us informed. Both of our boys are back to themselves again!! Thank you to Dr Hilliard and staff for the tremendous care and concern that they had for Mack and Titus!!

We got the unfortunate diagnosis of soft cell sarcoma for our 5 year old boxer Harley in October. We went from biopsy to diagnosis to amputation in less than 2 weeks. Dr. Essig and the staff made the very overwhelming and emotional process manageable by reassuring us, educating us and keeping us informed every step of the way. Brought my pup in after her normal vet sent her home without any real diagnosis. The staff was warm and friendly and paid attention to the fact that my dog suffers from a lot of anxiety, even when healthy. They didn't run a bunch of unnecessary tests, but did a thorough exam, treated her for dehydration and gave her some good medicine to clear up her tummy troubles.
