They brought up often how they most likely wouldn't be able to figure out what the problem was which I guess is fair because they didn't discover the issue after her being overnight for 3 days. They immediately started doing expensive tests without doing any basic ones like a fecal test. They did not call back when they said they would. Will not be bringing my dog back here.

I brought my critically ill cat in on a late Wednesday night. They were quick to diagnose him with an upper respiratory infection, prescribed some meds and sent us on our way. I should have advocated harder as I knew there was something else wrong. Not even 36 hours later my sweet boy died. NIVES failed him.
