This place sucks. Unintelligent, DEFINITELY not a specialty place. You have to call a 1800 number and pay $100 to have a specialist tell THEM what to do. Then they will take advantage of you when your pets in need and try to overcharge you and get you to pay for things that are not needed. Stay far away from this place.

Business response:

If you'd like to discuss your visit in more detail, please call our hospital at 260-426-1062 and ask to speak to our Hospital Administrator. -Emily, Administrative Assistant

Worst experience I have ever had. I had to go here because it was after hours at my regular vet office. We were not cared for well and basically told that my dog had a stomach ache and went on our way with some antacids and probiotics Sunday morning along with a bill over $500. Told me to give her those things. I told him she isn’t eating so if she continues to not eat how would I give her these meds. The vet told me that if she didn’t eat anything by Monday to take her into my regular vet and sent us on our way. She died ... read more

Arrived @ the hospital @ 6:30pm no one even came into the room until 8:30pm & that was after I had told someone that my dog was having rapid breathing. 30 minutes later the tech came in just checked his breathing & said oh we will get him some pain medication & let the doctor know. Well no pain medication & no Doc. Doc finally comes in to see him to assess about 45 mins later, gets a plan & here we are still waiting for any ty... read more

God bless Dr. Aba for his marvelous work in my life, I was diagnosed of HERPES since 2019 and I was taking my medications, I wasn’t satisfied i needed to get the HERPES out of my system, I searched about some possible cure for HERPES and i saw a comment about Dr. Aba how he cured HERPES, DIABETES, HEPATITIS B and CANCER with his herbal medicine, I contacted him and he guided me. I asked for solutions, he started the remedy for my health, and he sent me the herbal medicine through DHL. I took the medicine as prescribed by him... read more

They take a client back to a room, check the dog’s temperature and heart, and then leave the room for over 5 hours without even coming back into the room to check in or see how things are going?!?! Nothing! No communication as to why things are taking so long or anything. Seriously?!?! You’re beloved pet could just lay there and die and luckily for you, you could be charged big money for the appointment! No thanks! Will never step foot in this place!! Save yourself a complete Saturday and don’t go here!!

We have been waiting for over 3 hours to see what is wrong with our dog. We have had to go out into the lobby 2 times time just to get updates on how she is doing. Fully do not recommend this place.

NiVE is the only Pet ER and local Vets are sending all their pet patients there for emergencies making them undetstaffed. It took 1.5 hours to see a vet with a choking 3lb Yorkie. By the time the vet showed up my dog had dislodged the large piece of Greenie stuck in his throat. But at least they saw him, as I was turned down by Pine Valley and Fort Wayne Pet Hospital which were much closer. The apathy was frightening.
