I had an agreement for pay minimum 2600 and maximum of 3 100 for a surgery I leave 1000 and had to come back home for get the rest and in my way back there this place call me and say oh I think the amount will increase to 5000 . Make me Waite for hours and my dog is dead now . Big waisted of time and money

They lack customer service. Lack of care and compassion. They are extremely slow. They treated us awful as soon as they knew we could not afford a $5000 procedure and wanted to see if somewhere else was cheaper. No help or suggestions. Just expected us to watch our dog suffer. In fact, procedure was done somewhere else for $1300 the very next day. Please do you and your pet a favor and stay far far away from this place.
