I brought my dog in with sudden explosive bloody diarrhea, received poor medical care, and then saw the hospital’s records written to make it look like more had been done than actually was - and to make his symptoms sound far milder than they truly were. Instead of urgently investigating the cause, they stopped at a vague syndrome label - “Acute Hemorrhagic Diarrhea Syndrome.” That’s not an explanation, it’s just a description of symptoms. Not even an abdominal exam, rectal exam, or temperature check was done, and I was tol... read more

Our dog was hit by a car around 9pm, we rushed him to nives. They were busy but got our dog back right away, doctor was super kind. That’s where it went downhill. They aren’t great with communication. They didn’t do his surgery until the next afternoon. And then it was a different doctor. The girl that told us discharge info was not the best and didn’t really give us the info we needed. We had an issue with a wound opening up and immediately called and was told to send pics to their email. Hours went by and I kept calling.... read more

Absolutely terrible advice! Was told a $12k surgery or put my dog down! He's up walking 2 days later!

My small dog had watery diarrhea, vomiting, fever, lethargic not eating and barely drinking. We were told it would be a 3 to 4 hour wait. 6 hours later we left. The only information we got was the price of a visit 200.00, blood work 300 and xrays 380. seems they only care about the money. I have no problem with paying for care, but to get there at 5:30 and be told after 6 hours of never being seen it might be a couple of more hours we left. What a disgrace and disservice to claim to be an Emergency Animal Hospital. I watched... read more

More than disappointed with the service we received for my dog. She was taken in to receive treatment for a nail that had completely split and had a significant amount of bleeding. While they did trim and clean and wrap that injury, they also cut the rest of my dogs nails while she was under sedation and caused 3 more of her nails to bleed! When she returned home and we got her comfortable to recover, is when we noticed the drops of blood coming from 2 different paws than the one that was treated. I called immediately and th... read more

My chihuahua had a very severe cough, you took xrays of her heart n lungs n claimed nothing was wrong with her, I wanted to show you a video of her coughing n you didn't want to see, you said her trachea was not collapsed, I asked for her xrays n you said you would forward them to my home vet, wich you did along with stating her trachea was fine, I had to pay you $600.00 n left with no help, I had her xrays redone along with a trachea xrays wich showed she had a collapsed trachea, I was at your facility put in a room for 3hr... read more

I was very disappointed in the amount of time we waited and waited . We was there for 5 and a half hours. As an emergency hospital I was severely disappointed. Most of the staff was really nice it’s just the amount of time when you are worried enough about your family member to bring them in to be seen. It’s painful to watch them suffering for that long.

Business response:

We apologize for the long wait time you experienced at our hospital. We strive to provide timely and efficient care for all of our patients, and we are sorry that we fell short of your expectations. Your feedback is important to us and we will work to improve our processes to ensure a better experience for all of our clients. -Emily, Administrative Assistant

This place sucks. Unintelligent, DEFINITELY not a specialty place. You have to call a 1800 number and pay $100 to have a specialist tell THEM what to do. Then they will take advantage of you when your pets in need and try to overcharge you and get you to pay for things that are not needed. Stay far away from this place.

Business response:

Worst experience I have ever had. I had to go here because it was after hours at my regular vet office. We were not cared for well and basically told that my dog had a stomach ache and went on our way with some antacids and probiotics Sunday morning along with a bill over $500. Told me to give her those things. I told him she isn’t eating so if she continues to not eat how would I give her these meds. The vet told me that if she didn’t eat anything by Monday to take her into my regular vet and sent us on our way. She died ... read more
