RecommendedWe took our little puppy of eight months in there he was limping. We had to wait 4 1/2 hours, but that doesn’t matter because there were emergency dogs and kitties coming in they had to be taken care of directly. We understand that. The staff there is so wonderful and understanding and they feel for you. Thanks again for taking care of Bruce.

RecommendedWe are thankful for this team of animal lovers for taking such great care of our 9 week old Tilly Mae. She was diagnosed with Parvovirus and Pneumonia and spent five days in puppy ICU. She has made a full recovery and is back to her crazy puppy self!
RecommendedThey are always busy with 20 million things going on… but never have we felt like a number with the staff. They have always been kind, compassionate and willing to explain things to us in very stressful situations. Is it pricey? Yes but it’s an emergency vet… but the care received is gold. Thank you NIVES staff you have saved our kitty Buddha multiple times.
RecommendedThis was our first visit. I noticed my dog Brody was squinting one eye and it was kinda watery. Our vet couldn’t get him in and couldn’t guarantee they could get him in the next day and we were supposed to head out of town the next day. So after a quick call to NIVES we drove for an hour to have him looked at. He had an eye ulcer and they gave him a salve and recommended follow up with his primary vet.
