We were very, very pleased all along the way. They knew what they were doing and gave us really realistic expectations. It was beginning to be the first of the month, and they really hustled to get the room ready so my mom could move in right away. They really did a lot of things that I didn't expect to help her feel at home. Our family is very pleased with the care that she is getting, and when I talk to her, she has not been this happy in years!
