The staff goes out of their way to make each resident feel special and cared for. My sister seems to like being near other residents and relates to them to the best of her ability with good cheer and smiles.

My aunt lived at Pacifica Northridge about [removed] years ago. I visited my friends mother today and was so surprised at the transformation of the Pacifica. Has always been warm and welcoming but it looks awesome. they have made it so bright and modern. It felt good before but now it is "AMAZING".

My mother-in-law just moved in! When I first toured Pacifica Northridge, the staff and residents all were so friendly. I knew good things were happening here. The staff has been so helpful in a difficult situation exceeding our expectations with the transition!

I had a big adjustment coming to this facility. I only wanted to go home, it took some time for me to realize that I belonged living here and that this would become my new home. they take good care of me and all my needs, and help me with any problem I might have. I like it, and everyone is nice.
