The facility is very welcoming with everyone. As soon as you walk in the ambience is warm, very clean, and peaceful. All residents look happy, employees are very patient and happy to assist residents. Enjoyed my time here.
It is a great facility. They are welcoming and nice. Patients seem to love the place. It is their home and they all look content. They have many different activities each day which keeps residents occupied.
Volunteering in Pacifica Northridge. The staff is very kind, the residents seem happy. [name removed] keeps the residents with a smile on their face. She includes dancing and being very amicable with the residents.
This was the only prospective home for my mother that we felt comfortable with. From the moment we walked in, we could tell it would be a great home for her. The staff are all so nice and the residents are truly happy here. We are thrilled to have found this option so close to our own home

my aunt lived at Pacifica Northridge about 8 years ago. I visited my friends mother today, and was so surprised at the transformation of the place. Pacifica has always been warm and welcoming, but it looks awesome. they have made it so bright and modern. it felt good before, but now it is AMAZING.
