RecommendedFirst visit as a new client with our 11 year old GSD. Our vet tech Bonnie and Dr Walker were both awesome. Dr Walker took the time for a thorough checkup and competently answered all our questions. We travel full-time and appreciated their understanding Sascha’s needs for the next several months. We will surely stop in again next year when we return to our new winter stomping grounds. Thank you to all their staff and our providers!

Dr Innosenti is who I see for my pet and she is fantastic. She treats my 12 year old Jimmy for High liver enzymes and under her care my Jimmy is happy like a young man. The staff the is on top of things and professional. I feel at ease knowing Novac is there for us.

We were on vacation on the lake when my dog ended up with a fish hook in her eye. We are very grateful that they have after hours emergency care here. They got us in quickly. The staff were very kind and helpful and we appreciate the care our dog received here.

We've only recently moved to Lake Havasu City, finding a veterinary hospital that could take our sweet 16 year old pug was very challenging, but Novak animal care took the time to see our Miss Fanny Bubbles. She has been suffering from an upper respiratory infection that had got worse fast. They took the time to care and treat her and the doctor went over everything with us. Our dog had been flopping his ears, a lot, which we knew meant an infection. We were lucky to get into Novak the day after we called. He got his shots, a bath and treatment for his ears. Thank you for fitting our puppy into your busy schedule.
