Dr Innocenti, Martha, Dakota, Tiffini and all the other employees are the most caring and knowledgeable staff I have ever experienced. My 11 year old Max had a splenectomy with a softball size tumor. The biopsy came back negative. The follow up and aftercare of Dr Innocenti has been nothing but awesome. Max would not be with us if it wasn’t for her superb expertise. The entire staff is wonderful to work with. I can’t say enough of how lucky we are to have them care for our 2 dogs!!

Words can’t describe the gratitude I have for the team at Novak. Dr Innocenti took my mini doxie in on Thanksgiving morning and spent the entire week treating him and bringing him back to health when I truly thought I might lose him. Her unwavering determination to care for him and provide me detailed daily updates on his health and progress put my mind at ease while I was out of town and I’m forever grateful to her.

We are new to the area and it took a month to be seen. But it was a non emergency visit. They are very nice and listen. Make sure you get all your pets registered with them so you are now their client. I would recommend them.

Second year that we have been visiting Havasu and one of our dogs needs vet care. It wasn’t an extreme emergency but did need care soon. Even though they were completely booked, they made time for me to drop my dog off and Dr. Christina treated him between all her other scheduled appointments and surgeries. Wonderful staff and great care for my dog!

My dog Cisco was a patient of Dr Innocenti for 6 years. Recently due to Cisco's age (19 1/2) & failing health, we had to say goodbye to him. Dr Innocenti was very compassionate and even sent us a sympathy card. Highly recommend their services
