The staff at Novak Animal Care Center is always very caring and takes wonderful care of our furry family members. Love how they know us and our pups right when we walk in the door and treat us all like family. Dr. Kutil always follows up in a timely manner and truly cares.
awesome care!!! from the moment you speak to them on the phone to make an appointment or if you have an emergency situation. Then when you walk through their door everyone is so kind. I am a trucker and recently visited their clinic with an emergency issue with both of my fur babies they were able to fit them in actually kept them for the day. I was called and given their status. Wow, what great service. Can not say thank you enough for being able to fit Stormy in for an emergency visit over the holiday weekend. My family has been taking our pets to Novak for nearly 20 years, and we have always experienced consistent, exceptional care. Dr Innocenti is great! She is also really good with the pets and very knowledgeable about her business. Lov having our Scruffy taken care of by her 🥰🐕
