Wow, what great service. Can not say thank you enough for being able to fit Stormy in for an emergency visit over the holiday weekend. My family has been taking our pets to Novak for nearly 20 years, and we have always experienced consistent, exceptional care. Dr Innocenti is great! She is also really good with the pets and very knowledgeable about her business. Lov having our Scruffy taken care of by her 🥰🐕

I cannot even find enough words to express my gratitude to Dr. Innocenti and her staff! We were camping last week in Havasu and our 4 month old puppy, Enzo, must have eaten something toxic because suddenly he lost control of his legs, couldn’t walk and became lifeless! We rushed to the first place we saw which one was an animal hospital and a sign was on the door said that they were at lunch! They are so good with my 77 pound Rottweiler puppy Jade! She’s stayed a few times being boarded and she always tries to run in, not run away! She’s not afraid of shots or visits! They are awesome!
Dr. Tracy is AMAZING & the best staff on earth!! Dr. Tracy literally saved our doggie fur baby!! Will forever be indebted to her & the staff! AND....Bubba loves 🧡 them!!
