The staff are highly competent and compassionate. They show genuine interest and concern for your animal's welfare.
When I called, I got a friendly voice on the phone and that was a plus in my book because the first couple vets we visited in Havasu were not friendly and I felt like I was bothering the front office. Everyone is kind and loving here and the vet was clearly a very warm animal lover. Novak has been wonderful with my grumpy old man ( small dog ). He has severe allergies and chronic ear infections. He’s been seeing the drs at Novak since we moved here 2 years ago and I couldn’t be happier with the care they give him.
