My 5 stars goes to the Office Manager Shannon and Dr. Innocenti who took in my little Lady Bug. I had an emergency situation a few days ago and Shannon not only worked with my frustration over the phone, but also helped me tremendously as I rushed my little Lady there at 6pm. I was turned away from the first lady that answered the door (Won't say her name, but will say very uncompassionate) and as that being my only last hope, I walked back to my car with my baby in my arms. Thanks so much for seeing Calli on such short notice and taking great care of her. Dr Innocenti was great. so was all of the staff that I met, especially Shannon who really helped us out.

We brought our Indie in on emergency while visiting from out of town; Dr. Innocenti discovered the issue and advised us on the best treatment. We are so grateful that she squeezed us in that day; Indie is still with us because of her! I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Innocenti to care for your pets; she is so caring and straightforward with information!
