The team was kind and attentive, fair and honest. My Cleo has been fearful going to the vet but she was so calm and did not shake at all. The team were friendly and caring.
New to the area and my Great Dane, Abby, developed a skin condition. I called Novak and they were able to get her in right away. Abby is doing much better. I will be bring my other 2 dogs to Novak in the future. Very friendly staff.
