RecommendedThe team was kind and attentive, fair and honest. My Cleo has been fearful going to the vet but she was so calm and did not shake at all. The team were friendly and caring.
New to the area and my Great Dane, Abby, developed a skin condition. I called Novak and they were able to get her in right away. Abby is doing much better. I will be bring my other 2 dogs to Novak in the future. Very friendly staff.
Have boarded my Shepherd’s for the last 3 years and they have been great.

Was a hard time but they did an excellent job seeing my baby girl out, I'll forever miss her but it makes me feel better knowing I could be there and that they did the best job I could imagine. I'll miss Emma forever, but she deserved the best and that's what she got.
Caring and considerate, patient and helpful. Absolutely the best, hands down. So grateful to The doctor and every team member on staff!
