I had been anxiously awaiting my new Permobil power chair. NuMotion was the vendor and they worked, pleaded and probably yelled out my insurance provider to get it approved. How they did it I do not know, because it was very expensive. However, without it I am bed bound. Anyway, it was delivered to my home and the man that delivered it was the most patient person in the world. If you are religious, think of Job. Great- NuMotion employees are patient, professional, knowledgeable and fixed chair quickly. Checked chair for Any other issues. Tested new equipment installed. Very thorough. Fixed in a timely manner. Client since 2013.

Ben came to our home to repair an older manual wheelchair and then evaluate our other equipment. He did a wonderful job getting an old wheelchair back into service. He then check out each of the other pieces and recommended repairs needed. He was able to replace a missing bolt on the power chair which we hadn't know was missing. He explained carefully what he did with each piece and the repairs some of them needed. Then he proceeded to start the order process for the needed repairs.
