I had been anxiously awaiting my new Permobil power chair. NuMotion was the vendor and they worked, pleaded and probably yelled out my insurance provider to get it approved. How they did it I do not know, because it was very expensive. However, without it I am bed bound. Great- NuMotion employees are patient, professional, knowledgeable and fixed chair quickly. Checked chair for Any other issues. Tested new equipment installed. Very thorough. Fixed in a timely manner. Client since 2013.

Ben came to our home to repair an older manual wheelchair and then evaluate our other equipment. He did a wonderful job getting an old wheelchair back into service. He then check out each of the other pieces and recommended repairs needed. He was able to replace a missing bolt on the power chair which we hadn't know was missing. He explained carefully what he did with each piece and the repairs some of them needed. Then he proceeded to start the order process for the needed repairs. I complained about how bad my chair is, the bolts that hold the entire bak rest fell apart! 1 bolt is broken and the other fell off! I had too put the old bolt in, and put the broken one in and duct tape to hold the bolt in, they put a new control joy stick, and now all the electronics don't work halfway, sometimes I have to hold tho on button for minutes to get it too turn on,ans sometimes when I'm going somewhere, it will shut off leaving me stranded in the middle of the road, I'll back out of the medŕide van and the front... read more
