Ben came to our home to repair an older manual wheelchair and then evaluate our other equipment. He did a wonderful job getting an old wheelchair back into service. He then check out each of the other pieces and recommended repairs needed. He was able to replace a missing bolt on the power chair which we hadn't know was missing. He explained carefully what he did with each piece and the repairs some of them needed. Then he proceeded to start the order process for the needed repairs.
