The technician was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained everything about the wheelchair. He was patient in demonstrating the movable parts of the chair and how to get it ready to travel. We appreciated his patience and knowledge.

Very thorough. But took too long. My condition to condition makes it difficult to complete such long engagements.. I look forward to using my new wheelchair but I have no idea when it will arrive
