I complained about how bad my chair is, the bolts that hold the entire bak rest fell apart! 1 bolt is broken and the other fell off! I had too put the old bolt in, and put the broken one in and duct tape to hold the bolt in, they put a new control joy stick, and now all the electronics don't work halfway, sometimes I have to hold tho on button for minutes to get it too turn on,ans sometimes when I'm going somewhere, it will shut off leaving me stranded in the middle of the road, I'll back out of the medŕide van and the front... read more
