James, my technician, was outstanding! He was customer focused, personable and knowledgeable. He replaced my arms on my chair and set the wiring up so it would not catch on anything. Additionally he lowered my arm rest and educated me on how to adjust myself. I hope he will always be my technician as he is the best I’ve seen in my 15 years with the company. Thank you.
