Latonia was very professional as well as therapist and Latoria’s boss. Questions were answered. Recommendations made. Evaluation done well. She was very helpful, pleasant, & informative.

A service man was excellent very cooperative, very polite and very knowledgeable. I don’t remember his name. The time span from when the part was first ordered took extremely too long, I think approximately three months. Fortunately, we were able to run the motorized wheelchair during this time. Originally, we didn’t have any ability to run the wheel chair, but taking three months to get a part was too long to wait. They were so knowledgeable about everything he needed and gave me some amazing information about my special need grandson they were very gentle with him with know mobility also and even made him smile they adjusted his wheelchair to make him a little more comfortable until his chair is Oder so thank you for such amazing therapist and mechanic for the wheelchair
