Chris had excellent customer service. He was very knowledgeable and attended my every need concerning my wheelchair. NuMotion has improved tremendous in customer service. In the past, I would call and no one would answer. I would leave a voice mail and sometimes I would get a call back 2 days later and sometimes I would not not hear back from them at all.. So happy NuMotion has changed for the better.

There were two different chairs with differing motors and she was able to try both to see which type she preferred. They were kind and willing to listen to her concerns and questions

Jose showed up on time. Seemed knowledgable and did the repairs as needed. He was flexible and suggested a work around for getting replacement batteries in an expedited fashion. I would like to have him service my chair, if needed, again.

The service Technician Jack came out to repair my joystick on my chair. He was very professional and made the repair in a timely manner. He also answered my questions regarding Future needs of my electric wheelchair. The Only thing I would like to see improved with Numotion is a more timely manner of getting the home service Technicians Out for Repairs. Thank you.
