The service Technician Jack came out to repair my joystick on my chair. He was very professional and made the repair in a timely manner. He also answered my questions regarding Future needs of my electric wheelchair. The Only thing I would like to see improved with Numotion is a more timely manner of getting the home service Technicians Out for Repairs. Thank you.
