A service man was excellent very cooperative, very polite and very knowledgeable. I don’t remember his name. The time span from when the part was first ordered took extremely too long, I think approximately three months. Fortunately, we were able to run the motorized wheelchair during this time. Originally, we didn’t have any ability to run the wheel chair, but taking three months to get a part was too long to wait.
