Excellent customer service. Technician provided a detailed explanation while servicing my equipment, to make sure that I understood the process and it was suitable to my needs.
Ken and Mandy were outstanding and the explained everything very thoroughly. Very friendly and kind.
Chris had excellent customer service. He was very knowledgeable and attended my every need concerning my wheelchair. NuMotion has improved tremendous in customer service. In the past, I would call and no one would answer. I would leave a voice mail and sometimes I would get a call back 2 days later and sometimes I would not not hear back from them at all.. So happy NuMotion has changed for the better.
There were two different chairs with differing motors and she was able to try both to see which type she preferred. They were kind and willing to listen to her concerns and questions
Jose showed up on time. Seemed knowledgable and did the repairs as needed. He was flexible and suggested a work around for getting replacement batteries in an expedited fashion. I would like to have him service my chair, if needed, again.
