We're very satisfied with our new water softener system. Our old system was hanging on by a thread. Edwin was professional and knowledgeable. He wasn't pushy or aggressive at all! Edwin has also made himself available to us by phone and text. I'd give more stars if I could!

Wanted to wait a few weeks to get a good idea Of the product. Edwin came to our home in Vacaville after we bought a new home. Not pushy as a salesman and answered questions honestly; when he didn’t have an answer he didn’t walk around it, he said he would get back and did. The product itself is worth it! Our water usage dropped as we used less for cleaning (definelty invest in the pure and gentle stuff) and fully financed we are still saving a little bit every month. I would like to take time to say thank you to Edwin Reeves for an awesome job. I'm so grateful that God sent you to my door. I was a little hesitant at first. But when Edwin began to speak I thought it was so cute 😆. He's from the south, so am I. His presentation was fun and exciting. It blow my husband and I way when we saw what was in our drinking water. Edwin make us sure about this wonderful investment. We have water that taste better than bottled water right in our kitchen. 👍👍👍

I really don’t write reviews much but i’ll do one here. I’ve known little about water purification systems until i met Josh. He explained so much to me and my wife of what’s in the tap water we use in the household that we were eager to purchase the system. I’m very happy to say that having the water system has made a huge difference in the household. Everything from showering, drinking and washing, we really could feel the difference.
