Richard Luna came to our home and gave us an exceptional presentation. After he provided us with all of the knowledge about the water quality in our area and also the difference our hands felt after washing them with the water this system filtered for us. We're very satisfied with our new water softener system. Our old system was hanging on by a thread. Edwin was professional and knowledgeable. He wasn't pushy or aggressive at all! Edwin has also made himself available to us by phone and text. I'd give more stars if I could!
Wanted to wait a few weeks to get a good idea Of the product. Edwin came to our home in Vacaville after we bought a new home. Not pushy as a salesman and answered questions honestly; when he didn’t have an answer he didn’t walk around it, he said he would get back and did. The product itself is worth it! Our water usage dropped as we used less for cleaning (definelty invest in the pure and gentle stuff) and fully financed we are still saving a little bit every month. I would like to take time to say thank you to Edwin Reeves for an awesome job. I'm so grateful that God sent you to my door. I was a little hesitant at first. But when Edwin began to speak I thought it was so cute 😆. He's from the south, so am I. His presentation was fun and exciting. It blow my husband and I way when we saw what was in our drinking water.
