This review is only regarding the sales experience. The system has not been installed yet but I will update my review in a few months after it's been installed and I've used it for a bit. Richard Luna did a great job with his presentation. I know I threw him for a loop but he was professional and only gave me the information I considered necessary. Our experience with Edwin was great! He was very thorough and talked through each and every step of testing our water. He was not pushy when talking through the benefits of the purification system and clearly laid out the benefits of getting one installed. He also gave us good pointers on a wide range of supplementary products including care products and dish soap. He has been regular in checking in with us after the installation as well! Highly recommended !!
